My Saturday Morning

Here is my saturday so far. I woke up at 6 am , had coffee and a hard boiled egg and worked a little on my jacket. Went to our annual community plant sale/trade. Went to the local farmers market and my favorite local wool store ( UNWIND) . Dropped my 35 year old guitar off at the music store to be restrung . Stopped at starbucks on the way home to bring my sleepy daughter a skinny vanilla late. Put the produce away, checked by email ( hi elsita!!) and contemplated doing some housework:( There you have it and it is only noon here in Ontario. Here are some pictures I took to document my morning. Have a wonderful day everyone.Dscf6092

What a productive morning! And your Mother Ship is coming along nicely.

I wanted to wish you a happy 100 posts and to ask a question I was thinking about yesterday!

Is it common for scientists to be creative like you? I understand the link between mathematics and music and being a former lawyer I understand that many lawyers are frustrated writers! Is your love of creating things though typical of scientific backgrounds?

what a busy morning! i would have loved to have shared it with you.

Oh! I love Mary's comment here! It makes me think a lot. I think that creativity is everywhere for everyone no matter what the profession is, the thing is that not many people get to know it and practice it the way Margie does it. She was born a creative woman and she takes that creativity to every area in her life. I am also amazed about how brave she is to express herself in a creative way. I say brave because I know lots of artistic people who are too shy about letting their creative side show up. Creativity is universal and every human being should develop it. Through creativity we enjoy life even more and this blog is a proof of it.
Thank you Mary and Margie!
You are two great human beings!
Elsita :)
