The boy, my son, benjamin jerzy, born this day, sunrise Easter morning, 24 years ago. The boy who brought so much joy, laughter and poetry to our lives. Oh and I can't forget he also brought edgar, the tabby cat from Quebec into our lives. Happy birthday son, so happy you are home for a few days and we get to celebrate the day together. xxoo

Happy Birthday! I can only imagine what it will be like to have my son venture into the world on his own, coming back to visit me on holidays and such. Such a special bond. Enjoy the time.

You share a birthday with my daughter, Stephanie, who is 21 today. She loves cats too, and still follows our Phoenix around. Phoenix succeeds Madcat who we got when Stephanie was 7 months old.

Happy Easter to come and Happy Birthday to Benjamin! Great you can celebrate together...-and think of the precious cat Edgar who lived with you (I imagine he is in cat´s heaven by now...-or is he still with you). I´m a big cat-lover myself, 32 years old now, grew up with cats (picked our beloved cat "Butzi" as a kitten when I was about four and she died when I was away from my parents in Germany doing a Peace Service in the US when I was 21) and have two black furballs (named Baba Jaga and Laila) now myself....
