All I had to do was think about sugared violets and suddenly I looked down at the lawn at there they were popping their sweet little heads up everywhere squealing "pick me , pick me". Of course I just had to, the sugared forsythia needed some company.
Oh to be a little yellow bird in the land of sugared violets.
Nature especially in the spring has and always will be my favorite distraction.

What a beautiful post! I love your violet goodness, along with your bandana-ed kitty. Tell me, does he sport those often, or is it just for the photos? My kitty would not let me dress him up so cute.

i love the look of your sugared forsythia and violets. so pretty. they would be gorgeous on the top of an almond cake, i think. :)
