Gorgeous images. I saw some klompen in an antique store this weekend and naturally thought of you.

Although we don't mark St Nicholas Day, we have friends who do and it is a wonderful day. Love the shoes and the red berries. Hope we get to see those ice decorations when they are frozen.

oh my i love all the dutch clogs - so different from the danish ones i am used to. and the touch of snow on everything, so beautiful.

The snow really makes everything feel especially festive. Wonderful images. Happy St Nicholas Day to you all! Jx

Happy Sinterklaas! We've celebrated it with lots of snow, presents, pepernoten & chocolate letters!
Love your klompen!

Happy Saint Nicholas Day, the Oomen's !! :D what a wonderful way to start the new week ! Your photos are soooo cheerful & festive, I am so loving all those reds & gree,s & white, and the way the snow filled the gaps in the pine cones :D xoxo

That little row of shoes! So adorable and festive. Happy Saint Nicholas Margie!

Happy St Nicholas Day Margie! As always you have marked the occasion beautifully. Ishi awoke to find his slippers full of chocolate coins and we have some serious snow depth here now, I think of you as I watch it fall! I can't wait to see the ice decorations you will make this year, I would like to try and make the ice lanterns you created a few winters ago. Sending the grandest bear hug from arctic Scotland. Snail mail is where it is at so watch your hard working postie! xxx

Lovely, lovely photos - happy St N's day to you... we don't have it in the UK either (maybe that could change?) Cx

Happy St Nicholas Day from Germany! Beautiful pics!

these photos are seriously AWESOME!!!! Love love love all the color sprinkled with the frosty snow!

Ok, now you are just taunting me with the pictures of your mitts. Where, oh where did your daughter get the pattern?
