with my beautiful, thoughtful and seriously talented friend nicole
there she is in her snail like photography pose:)
I don't think I know anyone else who loves winter as much as nicole
I bet she is really looking forward to the winter storm due to hit ontario in the next 12 hrs
You know me too well. I am VERY excited for the snow. I'm actually planning to leave early tomorrow so I can go for a very long ski.. Got to squeeze every last drop (or rather snowflake)
Loved having you with me so much. It's such a joy, and a privilege to know you dear Margie. Can't wait to do it again. Enjoy the snow too, and your sweet little'un.

Astounding photos! I love the soft misty grays and the hints of plums in the first photo, very beautiful.
I too love winter. We are expecting 15 to 25 cm to-night.

Growing up in Minnesota, I always thought of winter as gray. One day in my 20's I looked out the window and saw something very similar to your first pic and realized it wasn't gray after all. Lots of color in winter if you train your eyes. Lovely photos.

Beautiful images, as always. I'm guessing I could give Nicole a run for her money on the winter thing! But the season of snow seems to have forgotten us here in North Wales ... I'd be headed for Ontario and that storm given half a chance!
