i had to set aside my indigo work for a little bit
to take up the hook for a large commissioned piece
that unfortunately i can't show you quite yet
but I did make a little extra to go along with it
that was all a flutter to have it's picture taken
it really is as warm as it looks in these photographs:)

I hope the wildflowers will beat the shade. My bloodroot is almost out in bloom. Which reminds me I must walk along the creek to-day and catch the marsh-marigolds. The peepers are singing like mad, and we saw a bumble bee yesterday.
