After dropping geninne at the airport on friday I thought I was destined for a weekend of withdrawals but then I remembered that my sister Helen and her husband Barry , along with my niece Sophia were visiting coming to Toronto on Saturday and a smile returned to my face.
We went to the best christmas arts and crafts sale in Toronto, the City of Craft on Saturday. My favorite sellers were of course LL&P. I did some Christmas shopping at the sale so I won't be showing my purchases here. We had lunch at terroni's on Queen street west and then walked around Yorkville in the evening, mostly window shopping.
I was treated to a night in a lovely hotel right down on Front Street. Sunday morning we visited the St Lawrence Market and I found some new to me treasures. Again they are mostly gifts so I am not going to show you them. We had brunch at Whole Foods and then I headed home to prepare a lovely supper for my guests. Lilith was the life of the party as usual. In the evening we made tapered beeswax candles from an antique mold I purchased at the St Lawrence Market when Geninne was visiting. It worked amazingly well considering the age and the condition of it. I was sad to see monday arrive and a return to work.
How was your weekend?

Everything looks like perfect, what an enjoyable weekend !! L & P look as cute as ever !! :)
We went to the cinema (the 5 of us) on Saturday mornign then ate out. The rest of the weekend, besides the advent activities, was filled with things we needed to do at home, and relaxing.
