a fantastic combination for making just about anything
but especially adorable for clothing for lilith
a gift for her birthday this coming sunday
the pattern was a simple sleeveless dress / jumper that arounna loaned me
she used to make adorable little girl dresses for her shop
I have wonderful childhood memories of a corduroy jumper with a wrap around pocket with compartments and used this as inspiration for lili's outfit
I added a softie geninne birdie for the pocket, a reversible peter pan collar with a vintage glass owl button closure
teamed it with a kerchief, t shirt and leggings

So simple and therein lies the beauty. The vibrant colors of Gennine's fabric contrast wonderfully with the practical linen.
Hopefully we will see a pic of the birthday girl in this made with love gift from
lilith's Oma
