my weekend was spent soaking up the warmth and sunlight in my southerly facing kitchen, enjoying fresh foods served on wooden plates and bowls, cooking with martha, watching the snow melt and then on sunday morning observing the biggest snowflakes of the never ending winter season, spending time snuggling with the my fine furry friends and of course there was some making going on...
hope you all enjoyed yours
beautiful post about my favorite new shop in toronto here

I wish the whole world could experience a weekend at your house!!
Are those little eggs I spy in your little crocheted baskets? My Mom discovered that keeping found bird eggs in the fridge for a long, long time will dry and preserve them - of course they'll still be fragile. Warm and welcoming photos, Margie - thank you and God bless.
