I really wanted to do a post about my favorite parts of President Obama's speech but Patricia of the best written blog on earth Zen Crafting beat me to it. It was like she read my mind and then wrote a much more eloquent and articulate version of what she found so I urge you all to read it today.
Then after that you can read a little interview and pictures I posted about my vintage sewing basket collection on the Vintage Indie blog. Next get yourself to a book store or magazine rack and look at the most recent issue of Cloth, Paper, Scissors for another insightful interview with Cathy Cullis of November Moon. You can read a little bit of that interview on their website.
I am busy preparing for the Love and Rummage Sale. The merfish and I are having great fun doing little photo shoots. They do it all for love. I don't even need to give them any little fishy treats. Even the kitties have been extremely cooperative this week. How has your week been?
Ohmygod, that is the cutest thing! That last photo could easily be a valentine's day card!

some bubbles in the fish tank

be fun too! The first of the last

the next photo! Ack~ Cute
overload!!!!!!! Fishin' for love!!
What a great idea!! Thanks for

Thank you for the shout-out, Margie, but I don't agree with your conclusion--you are the far more eloquent thinker and writer, and I would love to see your Obama post. I'll be listening to "Air and Simple Things" all day and thinking of your polar bears and your Arctic fox and all your other creatures of the earth.

Dear friend, all I can say is that after super-super-busy-complicated day, after sooo many things to solve, meetings etc. Diego-related I came to your blog for a second to get some oxygen and as always I feel much better.
Lots of love to you!!!!
