One of my stones from the " missing pieces " collection I did last fall is now famous having appeared in the April issue of Country Living. I haven't found it yet at our local bookstore or newsstand but Karen was so kind and emailed me a scanned picture on the weekend. I did know that one of my stones would be appearing in one of the spring issues but I had thought it would be like "where's waldo" where you might see a tiny covered stone sitting on a table in a picture of a beautifully decorated room. I was floored when I heard that my little rock star had a full page.
Today is the day when my dear friend Elsita launches her new blog so be sure to check it out. I know it will surprise and amaze us.
Congratulations on your rock star! I'll have to track down the mag next time I'm at the bookstore.
I was still hoping that Elsita's new venture was a one-woman band (could you just imagine the lyrics?!?), but a new website, even better!!

In the back, at the reader's resources, they misnumbered the referenced pages and as a result your contact info isn't listed.
But I'm sure lots of people will be able to find you anyway! Be ready for lots of orders!!

I thought that was you! I just received the magazine the other day, and I wasn't sure, because I didn't know your name. I'm a big fan, though! Beautiful work, as always.

Congratulations, Margie ! You should although have your stones Museum !
I love these fabrics covered stones. And I love what you wrote on Octoer 08, 2008 about their missing pieces : the areas blank you left, as space in your life for us ...

Hi Margie - Congratulations! I was so excited to see your stone in Country Living. I wish they could have showcased more of your beautiful work. Do you have any plans to offer the fabric stones in your shop?
