These flowers (from Hubby, isn't it ?) are so beautiful and cheerful ! And that garden chair with your own prints cushions is so inviting ...
Good luck,Margie, for your usually long and busy Wednesday !

Thank you for posting this. After a difficult time in my personal life, it was exactly what I needed to read this morning. I greatly appreciate your perspective.

PS: the acorn vase is adorable...:)

Hi. Because you bring such a welcome element of beauty into MY life through your blog, I have an affectionate "award" for you to say thanks.

I have no expectation that you'll continue the "chain mail" sort of vibe and post it to your own blog. Mostly, I just wanted to tell you I think you're great, and I hope you never stop blogging and sharing your beautiful view of the world.

The books! Floor to ceiling books! Now THAT is the best use of wall space ever. The flowers and kitties are best, of course, but books are really good friends too. And to have so many within arms reach is second only to the friends that look good in kerchiefs. Thank you for yet another glimpse into your world.

Lovely World

Nature soothes and heals, doesn't it? I always think that the birthing room and the dying room should be overflowing with the sights and sounds of the natural world. Too bad that is hardly the case these days. Something to ponder, though.

Oh my goodness. I will have to snap a picture to share with you...I'm putting it on my to-do list. (which seems massive these days)

I haven't any kittehs, but the woods are giving me hepatica, a few stray violets that are begging to be sugared, and glimpses of trillium leaves. I think tonight perhaps I will move the red osier out of the bathtub and find some time to float. This fish needs it.
