The birthday began with the love of my children, husband and kittens.
Then there was the musical talents of a wonderful family in france.
Starbucks offered free coffee today in my honor.
A walk before work in Happy Valley ( honestly that is its name).
Then off to work where Lisa surprised me with new found love of embroidery. Two of the buttons are monogramed with R and F which stand for .... , you guessed it.
The clinic ran pretty smoothly and I was delighted to see one of my sweetest older patients who also shares the same birthday. Of course she received a hug and kiss from her doctor today. Back home the crocuses were looking quite illuminated.
Beautiful flowers from hubby via the girls , shiraz rose, edgar and sunshine shared the porch with me and the girls.
I received a very good birthday report card. So happy I was born in 2010. I had liberty wrapped gifts and the most wonderful liberty scarf covered in mushrooms. Edgar was acting particularly adorable all evening.
As the sun was setting on the porch I just didn't want this day to end. So I captured in the jar.

What a beautiful day.
About the hubby. I am confused. I always assumed you are a single gal.
Yes? No? I am so confused!

Oh no Melissa, I am a very happily married woman to the same man for 27 years. We wed young and never looked back. He prefers to be very low profile on my blog and I am very respectful of that.
Hope that clarifies things for you.
