All I had to do was think about sugared violets and suddenly I looked down at the lawn at there they were popping their sweet little heads up everywhere squealing "pick me , pick me". Of course I just had to, the sugared forsythia needed some company.
Oh to be a little yellow bird in the land of sugared violets.
Nature especially in the spring has and always will be my favorite distraction.
It's said to be delightful? Did you eat them?

i love the look of your sugared forsythia and violets. so pretty. they would be gorgeous on the top of an almond cake, i think. :)
