Due to my fibromyalgia, I am forced to take a break all the time...and I feel guilty about it. For you my dear, slowing down and resting a bit is necessary! Enjoy the quietness while you can :)

As for your plants....I hope they will survive this shock to their system. Darn this crazy weather!!
