happy solstice! i would love to come across one of those beauties! you are a blessed woman. ;)

I would love to have a forest close to where I live! We lived in Uganda for a while and I loved being surrounded by jungle. Now we live in the desert and I soo miss the greenery. For us summer is dry and dusty and very un-green. I try to find my forest within, but it is not there everyday...
Enjoy your forrest on my behalf too please!

Merry Solstice.......100 snails in my back garden on Sunday evening!! :)

I love the spider's web in the fern in the last photo. So happy snails are everywhere you go. I seem to be meeting quite a bunch these days too. (not usual, too dry over here) xoxo

Just wanted to pop by to say thank you for your beautiful card! We have talked a lot about that we got mail all the way from Canada.

Your snail friend is delightfully beautiful and I hope to run into some one day. Living in the desert does not make for good snail discovery, but I truly enjoy seeing your encounters! So colorful! Thanks

Lovely World

I've just returned from my walk in the woods this moment! What a lovely post. I saw a doe, many black flies, and an abandoned, broken snail shell on the trail.

Hi there! Just discovering your blog and I'm so inspired. What a coincidence, too, because I was just adding a soon-to-be-released book to my reading list...
