It started way back in 2010 but this amazing project is on display right now at the eclipse gallery.
I would love to hear from anyone who has made it to the show. From the picture on the gallery website it looks really amazing.

Well, I never read that post about your pods. They are beautiful. I also followed all the links to the project blog. What a tribute to the milkweed. So many lovely stitches, from all around the world.

your project was so original & authentic, like Geninne, it was my favorite. Your macros of it are breathtaking, we can feel the silk texture so much. xoxo

I just read your original post. Love your fabric milkweed. Those seeds are amazing as are the photos above. Your work is so truly inspiring.

Oh wow -- I didn't realize you were a contributor to the project. I actually found your great blog a while back and have been following it. I'm the curator of The Eclipse Gallery, and I love your contribution to the piece. I just posted a bunch of pictures from the show up on my Flickr if you want to check them out: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cultureeclipse/sets/72157625703034015/

Beautiful show, loved the links to photos. I spun milkweed seed fluff into my wool...it was everywhere. I treasure this wool the most.
