Fantastic little world invisible to the untrained eye but wonderfully exposed by your amazing talents with the lens! I say that caterpillar deserves to be immortalized with your natural dyed fabrics and your perfect little stitches.

looks like a double helix on that caterpillar to me. love the picture of the bright spot of lichen with the near and far way out of focus.

You make me want to shrink down, just like Alice, so I can explore the lichenscapes, and have tea with the harlequin caterpillar.

joanie

I love your tiny other world too! I can't help wondering what Fern might say to Harlequin should they happen to meet :)

Hi there. I only discovered your blog recently, and I am so glad I did. I love the colours and textures of lichen, bark and weathered rock - but can't capture their perfection as you do. Beautiful. Thank you!

Jill Wignall
