I went there on my honeymoon 4 years ago. I enjoyed the beautiful seaweeds too! http://www.flickr.com/photos/mricon/1582157819

beautiful collection of beach/sea plants!
we (my homelearning boys and I) have been having fun ID'ing seaweeds this summer...so many are edible where we live.

What a bunch of beauties - people and seaweeds of course. That one hanging from fingertips looks so much like dreadlocks :)

I thought Crystal Crescent must be a common name but then I saw you were in Halifax. I spent many a day at that beach while growing up. It's till beautiful!

I have just discovered your blog and must say that even though your photos are of simple and everyday things, there absolutely beautiful! (And those squirrels in your backyard looked huge!)

I'm definitely going to pop by your blog some more :) Thanks for sharing.
