one day i was working on some stones for the shop update
i had some plain white coated stones on one side of my desk
and some freshly dyed indigo vintage fabrics and threads on the other side
and it seemed natural that they would come together in my hands
here are a few little glimpses
i think these will be part of my show in feb at bookhou
completely devoted to natural blues
speaking of bookhou
also working on my ornaments
for the upcoming
ornament show there

your blues sooth my heart this morning
as I've just been told about the passing away of an "old" internet friend
(the day after my father) It's pouring outside, my heart is heavy
but your blues & magic fingers are like a spot of hope in the dark grey skies
