how much I wish I could come over at Arounna's & see them in person (when they'll be right there) Sigh. I love your re-embroidery. I miss embroidery, it hasn't happened in a while. A long long while. Thanks for the motivation.

I just realized that the little thimble pots were from your photos!!! Talk about an 'aha' moment! I would love to know what transfer medium you used. The embroidery makes them extra special and the thimbles look almost 3D on some. Very beautiful.
Oh dear Margie - you keep on one-upping yourself! They're beautiful! You are an inspiration for anyone wanting to stretch beyond their perceived limits of creativity. You are helping me train my eyes - blessings to you!
I first saw these on Flickr..then, I had to stop by here for a closer look! Now that I realize these are from your own photos..well..I am just speechless! You are a genius! (Of course, I allready knew that!!!)...Each one of these is a mini masterpiece! Any chances of a few going to Etsy??
Oh love these ! I've also been doing some embroidery on photos very recently ! But on the actual photo paper... it looks easier to have them printed on fabric... should have thought of that ;)
Darling!
