exploring the stones and tidal pools
at minot beach

every little periwinkle was growing its very own christmas tree
i had never been by the ocean in december

I adore exploring tidepools! Look at all the pretty things you saw! Glad to hear you had a nice trip to MA :-) Wish we lived closer. Big hug M. Love you! xoxo

I am now longing for a trip to the seaside! Although the closest beach to me is more river estuary than true ocean but still there is so much to see in winter, and the light will of course be spectacular with all that open sky!

Oh, how I love winter beaches. Your photos are so incredibly beautiful. I can smell the salt air...
How lucky for you to get away!

What beautiful pictures of tidal pools and crevices! They are very hard to photograph, but your images really catch their wonder. Thanks so much for sharing them with those of us who live so far from the oceans we love.
