Between the idea |
have you ever wanted to have a little drawer where you could collect some of the most amazing shadows you observe on sun filled days
a little wendy fantasy perhaps
at least we can collect them with photographs

I love shadows in nature and grey areas of thought. A drawerful is a lovely idea.

Imagine a cabinet of curiosities, open the top drawer, speckled birds eggs, the next, iridescent beetles, the next, pieces of amber , and the next ... shadows. Wouldn't that be so very wonderful!

I recently re-heard "shadows on a cave wall" and it means something more to me now as an adult. Shadows are also beautiful :)

Shadows are even more impermanent than the object they "belong" to
and you immortalized these with your photo & visual poetry
Thank you for that.
From another shadow lover.
