Speaking of leaves.. how is the snail family? I feel like we haven't met a lot this summer.

Each & every leaf holds so much possibility, so much capacity, so much strentgh. Thank you for reminding us all the importance of this very particular & important part of the vegetals.
Your beautiful eyes & camera capture so much of their beauty.
Thank you for sharingn my friend.

I havent had my camera with me as much as I would like..This Fall the colors are AMAZING!!! Last night as I drove home from work, the sky was filled with dark, purple clouds, the sun was setting tinging the sky orange..and the trees!!! Oh! The trees...Yes..those leaves have my respect!

I read your blog all the time but rarely comment, just wanted to let you know how much i enjoy it! I share your feeling on leaves and nature!

You've reminded me of Joyce Kilmer's poem,"Trees" - one of my first memorized poems as a child. Trees are living breathing beings, and like us, they bleed when cut. Beautiful, touching post, Margie. Thanks!
