the wonderful thing about workshops whether you are hosting, helping or taking them
is that it is a perfectly wonderful opportunity to meet new friends with similar interests
to your own
the geninne workshop at bookhou just over a week ago was no exception
i also had a beautiful opportunity to arrange some of the ornaments and take some "real" photographs
I loved lisa's little birch canoes, adams hanging terrariums and of course geninne's embroidered birdies
transfers. You can purchase any of the pictured ornaments and some new ones that just arrived in the

Having witnessed Geninne's workshop in 2011, I can attest it's like a magical moment. I have yet to see a shop here that would sell handmade (Christmas or not) ornaments ... let alone ornaments like the ones A & J have in their shop !

I'm sure Geninne's second workshop was as wonderful as the first that I attended. That amazing creative atmosphere was life changing for me.
