i was looking through my pile of naturally dyed fabrics and in the bottom of the basket i uncovered a little piece I started about three years ago at the time of my art show at craftland. I decided to finish the circles of stitching and then i hope to sew it into something wearable. Hopefully that won't take another three years to accomplish.

and just when i thought my snow shoveling arms and back couldn't handle anymore we got another good amount of that gorgeous , sticking to all the branches, snowman building, avalanching off the rooftop sort of snow
ahhhhhh
:)
Oooooh thankfully you took this gorgeousness out of the pile !! I can't wait to see the pieces you will make from it !
Wishing I could help you shoveling. Well you'd have to pay me in coffee for that ! LOL

This gorgeousness you're working on reminds me of radiant snowflakes. It's a winter wonderland here too. Heaven.

I think you could frame it as it is. The colours are so tranquil and beautiful. I'd buy it!
Keep warm. I'm looking for signs of spring here in England, still cold but nowhere near what you have there.

I was thinking of a similar circular treatment to replace rust stains on a piece of linen for a scarf. What I had in my head was no where as beautiful as this. Such pretty stitching. x

That piece is beautiful. I agree with Robyn above that it would be lovely framed.
I know what you mean about the snow. We had that heavy, wet snowfall too. I didn't shovel yesterday and was glad I didn't as the warm temperatures melted most of it by noon. :)

I would also stretch it and have it framed, it's so beautiful!
