life is something no one should ever take for granted
we should be thankful for every second, minute, hour or everyday
always
their is so much goodness
so many treasures
big and small
i am thankful i have a little free time in the evenings
to work on finishing up some of the pieces I started
I hope i can finish them before spring arrives and my
little brain is bursting with new ideas and my hands are
craving the dirt in the garden
i finished off one of my little wearable pouches
my gratitude pouch
i had an idea to fill it will little thank you notes, and little tiny presents
so when one is out gathering stones, or moss
one can leave nature a little gift in return
oh and thank you for listening

You are a wise woman, Margie. I often "gift" the earth or plants whose blossoms or leaves I collect with a pinch of dried lavender or tobacco, in return for their gift to me.

What a lovely idea, Margie. I mentioned you on my blog yesterday as you tend to be with me (in spirit) on my nature walks.

A quote I have been thinking about this week:
"There is always, always, always something to be thankful for."

Love that.

Precious and sweet. I am grateful my friend is well. I'm grateful for your post and I do hope to be able to wear a gratitude pouch you have made one day.

Today at my grandpa's I wore your crochetted bamboo stone necklace, and a leather flower brooch made by Lisa. I was carrying you both with me. I'm so thankful for you, and for all my friends, you've all been there for me when I needed. I'm counting my blessings everyday, be sure of that, & even more since my father's died.
Love you
xoxo

Thank you for your beautiful words, Margie. I just took a little break from work (which has been very tough lately) to visit you. I needed to read these words today. I feel more whole than when I arrived. Thank you. xo M.
