it seemed like i was trying all weekend to warm up , the sun was out and even the bright full moon at night but it was so chilly for this time of year
so i warmed up with flowers, family, visit to the schomberg agricultural fair, furry friends, knitting, farmer's markets and testing out a few new reinvented recipes such as yummy rhubarb chutney and fresh from my garden sorrel/lime cooler
the cooler was so delicious with alone or with a splash of gin that we drank it up so fast that i didn't get a chance to photograph it
lucky for us we have an endless supply of sorrel in the front garden
:)
What a magical time! I love the little musical machine (?) that Lillith has found! I've not seen anything like it. Does it make a bell sound or like an organ pipe?
The flower pictures are breathtaking!

Once again thanks for sharing my dear. I particularly love the full face pic of your kitty sleeping. Such contentment in the sunshine. Oh lovely weekend.

Spring's been so unseasonably chilly & windy over here too, but it looks like it's a bit the same thing for everyone around the globe.
Loved each & every photos in today's post, they are full of positive & wonderful vibes ! That girl is growing so fast !!!

Such happy photographs. I see you are a fellow lover of wooden bowls and plates! Here in the UK, the weather is also chilly. Its nearly June and i,m still lighting our fire in the evening. Thankyou for delightful photos.

What a beautiful weekend! It is hard to believe Lillith is allready walking around with you..following her Oma on all her adventures:) It was COLD here too...I worried about my flowers..but, nature was kind..we did not have a frost!! Zach and I watched "Life of Pi"..what a great movie! Then we took a long walk, and we found a snail and bought it home..of course, I thought of you....Have a great week!
