if you knew me
one thing you would realize is that i love the sunshine
and warm weather
it makes me feel more alive
i could play in it for hours
yet
this week , especially after last night with none of the promised rainfall
i am feeling a little wilted
perhaps it is just the aftermath of the really nasty gastoenteritis i had last thursday
or perhaps i am changing
time will tell
as it always does
xo

That is a pretty amazing photo. I hope you find a way to cool off.

We're sweltering under a heat wave here in Pennsylvania, too. July weather! Praying for your good health, Margie, and for some cooler weather with rain to perk up you and your flowers. xoxoxoxoxox

I have never been a fan of heat and humidity - I like to breathe. Give me spring and fall when I can go for wonderful walks. My hubby loves the heat too.

We've been experiencing the same. Can't believe I'm looking forward to going home to California to cool off! Sorry you were poorly, feel better. XO

Are the daisies in the photo wilted from heat? I've never seen daisies look like that. :-( I hope you get the rainfall you need. It's been around 110f here for over a week. Ugh! We certainly could use some cooler temps. Rainfall would be even better and lots of it as they battle a huge wildfire in our local mountains. Stay cool!

I didn't know you'd been sick. Hope you feel better dear M. I know from experience how hot it can get! That's why I'm never visiting during the summer again, only during cold Canadian winter :)

Yes I could do with a little rain right now!

It's been too hot here for me ... wilted is definitely how I feel! But if you've not been well surely you'll be more sensitive to the weather extremes for now and then that will pass. I do hope you are feeling better now, and less wilted x
