prancing in the leaves with lilith and bear
warm soups
cold noses
making curry turkey salad to use the last of the thanksgiving feast
perhaps the last indigo outdoor dyeing of the season
preparing for the snow
arriving perhaps before the end of the month
well at least preparing in my mind
increasing my dose of vitamin d
and trying to play outside as much as possible
oh almost forgot , lilith can do somersaults

it was a very rainy , windy weekend
bringing down many walnuts and leaves
so many hours were spent indoors
playing with the sweetie pies
cleaning out closets and collecting things for goodwill
snuggles with furry friends
and simple wholesome meals

fern and i had fun collecting some of the tiniest leaves we could find on the ground
she was quite particular about arranging them
and then afterwards
quite worried that she would be reported
to the apostrophe preservation society in the UK
